Parcel sizes and cover
When you list an item we suggest a parcel size for its category. Change it if your item needs a bigger box.

If the parcel is bigger or heavier than the size chosen, the carrier may refuse it or charge extra.
If a parcel is lost or damaged
Every parcel sent with an Amazesomebody label is covered. If it's lost or arrives damaged, the buyer gets a full refund, postage included.
The seller is paid for the item, up to its price, when it was sent on time in the size chosen and packed well. The carrier's cover pays first and Amazesomebody pays the rest.
Keep the parcel's tracking until the order is complete, and use a strong box with padding for anything that could break.
