Complaints about your data

If you're unhappy with how we've used your personal data, tell us first. Choose Complain about how my data is used in Settings › Ask about your data and explain what happened. Without an account, use the button below.

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without delay, and tell you what we found and what we've done within a month. If we need longer because it's complex, we'll tell you why before then.

If you're still not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
