How to buy an item
Find something you love, then press Buy now on the item page. Choose how you'd like it delivered, add your address and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
While you pay, the item is held for you for 30 minutes so nobody else can buy it.
You pay the item price, postage and a buyer fee of 10% + 50p. The total is shown before you pay.
Your order appears in My orders. You'll get a message at each step: when the seller sends it, when it's delivered and when the order is complete.
