Buying from a business seller

Business sellers show a Business badge and their trading details on their items.

You're buying from a business, so you have extra rights: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason and return the item for a full refund of the price and standard postage, and the item must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

To cancel, open the order and press Cancel and return within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 days.
