How buyer protection works
Every purchase paid on Amazesomebody is protected. Your payment is held safely and only goes to the seller once you've received the item and it's as described.
After delivery you have 48 hours to check it. If everything's fine, press Everything is OK. If not, press There's a problem before the time runs out.
You're covered if the item:
- It hasn't arrived
- It's not as described
- It arrived damaged
- I think it's not genuine
Protection doesn't cover payments made outside Amazesomebody. Never pay by bank transfer, gift card or PayPal Friends & Family.
