Our free-range chickens have space to run and scratch and only get natural feed. The tender chicken is naturally full of protein, iron, and zinc. There are also regional barley and parsnips. The high-quality ingredients are carefully prepared and provide your four-legged friend with all the important nutrients he or she needs for a species-appropriate diet. Our recipe with valuable whole grains is easy to digest and does not need any added sugar or artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives. Chicken and parsnips are good for digestion and metabolism.

Chicken is high in protein, iron, and zinc. Your darling needs protein for everything for muscle metabolism. Iron is important for the immune system and blood formation and zinc is also good for the immune system, but also for the skin and coat.
Local barley and parsnips provide easily digestible carbohydrates, fiber and vitamins. Dietary fiber is important for a regular digestion.
Sunflower oil ensures a shiny coat due to the high proportion of essential fatty acids. Apples are real vitamin bombs and promote the vitality of your four-legged friend.

Chicken meat* from free-range farms (25 %), wholegrain maize, maize flour, wholegrain barley (11.5 %), oils and fats (4.5 %), dried (sugar) beet pulp, linseed (2.3 %), hydrolysed protein, apple pomace* (1.25 %), lignocellulose, potassium chloride, sodium chloride (from sea salt), carrots*, parsnip* (0,2 %), parsley root*, yeasts* (extract, 0.2 % = 0.04% mannan oligosaccharides), chicory powder (0.15 % = 0.01 % inulin), parsley leaves* (total regional vegetable mix 0.7 %); *) dried.

Serve dry for a satisfying crunch or add fresh warm water (about 60°C) and leave to soak for a few minutes for dogs who prefer a softer texture.
Don’t forget, your dog always needs access to fresh drinking water!
If your dog is extra Goood and also has snacks you should reduce the suggested portion accordingly.
Of course every dog is a little bit special so if yours tends to get a bit chubby, you can reduce the amount of food by up to 15%. Don’t worry they will still love you ;-).
On the other hand, if your dog is running around for more than three hours a day you can feed up to 15% more.
Shipping & Returns
**Return Conditions**
- You request a return for change of mind within 30 days from the day after the products are delivered.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The return must not fall under any of the exceptions listed below.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
We cannot accept returns for change of mind for:
- Custom or personalized products, including pre orders leather bags.
- Items sealed for hygienic purposes that have been unsealed.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Personal care products, such as beauty or skincare items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Please note: If you exercise your 30-day return right and the item has been mishandled or used improperly, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund. This deduction will not exceed the original purchase price. If we have already issued a refund and later find the item was handled inappropriately, you may be required to pay us the appropriate amount.
**Faulty Items, Damages, and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at **CustomerSupport@amazesomebody.com** so we can resolve the issue promptly.
**How to Return Your Item**
- Use our returns portal at **Request a Return** to initiate the process.
- Alternatively, email us at **CustomerSupport@amazesomebody.com** with your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and any relevant information. If exercising your 30-day change of mind right, you may also complete and send our Cancellation Form via email or post.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
**Return Shipping**
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package reaches us safely. Please retain proof of postage.
**Exchanges**
To exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted product and making a new purchase for the desired item once your return is processed. Exchanges can be requested upon approval.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
