How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check progress from your account. For help, email orders@amazesomebody.com with your order number.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product and supplier, and the estimate is shown at checkout. You’ll always see expected timescales before you pay.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. The free-shipping progress bar in your cart shows how close you are.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

If something isn’t right, contact returns@amazesomebody.com within the returns window shown at checkout and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within a few working days back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Get in touch and we’ll let you know the best option for your item — an exchange or a refund and re-order.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
