**Shipping & Delivery Policy**

- **Same-Day Dispatch:** Orders placed before 2pm (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

- **All Leather Bags are (Preorders):** Delivery within 7-8 working days. Production begins once we receive your order, and you'll be notified when your bag is ready for dispatch. We prioritize craftsmanship to ensure quality.

- **Delivery Timeframes:** We aim for 2-3 working days for standard orders, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery due to potential courier delays.

- **Direct Shipments:** Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery details, estimated times, and costs for these will be provided on the product page and at checkout.

- **Order Tracking:** Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status via **My Account**.

- **Delivery Estimates & Delays:** Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Delays may occur during busy sale periods, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

- **Delivery Charges:** Automatically calculated at checkout. Enjoy **Free Delivery** on orders over £50* (some exclusions apply).
